Rare Saratoga three-seater sofa by Lella and Massimo Vignelli for Italian manufacturer Poltronova. Highly reflective lacquered wood box frame and red-orange feather-filled leather cushions. The rigid structure, made by assembling four parts of equal thickness with rounded edges, contains slightly protruding seat cushions. The desired purity of the silhouette is accentuated by the glossy polyester lacquer for the chassis, similar to that of a pianoforte, and the fine leather of the soft cushions, emulates the upholstery in luxury automobiles.

The leather is in impeccable condition. The white lacquer has minor chips and discolouration due to age.
