The armchair ‘Peglev’ was designed in 1968 by the French designer, Michel Arnoult, for Brazilian manufacturer Mobile Contemporânea.

Michel Arnoult is considered as one of the fathers of the Ready-To-Assemble furniture (RTA) mouvement. Ardently defender of the democratisation and pioneer of flat packaging, ‘Peg Lev’ can be translated to "I take and I carry". The use of noble materials and the great care paid to the manufacturing and finishing processes, bring this iconic and very comfortable creation a timeless touch.

Rosewood in impeccable condition and leather saddle with a beautiful patina. While not affecting the look, three thin leather edges are missing.
